In my Arts Integration class, we were tasked with creating an original arts integration lesson and testing it out in the field with our students. My major focus this quarter has been transfer of learning, and I really wanted to combine that with my frequent theme of stewardship. Check out the full lesson plan here, with comments from my professor: Julia Tandy Arts Integration Lesson Plan JH comments
These images show an exemplary piece of student work, with each image one page from the book (8 total). This shows the work of a student who was fully engaged and thoughtful throughout this activity. This evidence helped me to see that the basic idea works, that just my rollout and instructions are what need tweaking.
These images show a less engaged/serious attempt at the activity. Even though this student was not putting in full effort, it is clear that there was still some thought about these pillars & goal-setting occurring. This evidence showed me that I needed to increase the time allotted to complete this activity to allow more time to encourage student engagement and more effort.
This is an image of student work where the student was not engaged or putting in full effort. The student copied the ideas from the example book and sped through each page, and did not display evidence of having put much thoughtfulness into the memories/goals. This led me to add a new optional section to the introduction, a group brainstorm.

Outcomes:
Julia, I love how you have a high, medium and low example of the learning target/product. This tells a much more complete story, as does your inclusion of thoughts on what you are going to do next to take it up a notch.
